The gentle symphony of crumpling waves caught onto her auds from a near distance. The tainted black soil beneath her feet began to transform into a vast pasture of silken sands, toes sinking into soft, moon-washed dust. The noontime sun beat fiercely overhead, but cool breezes kept away much of its scorch and humidity. A vixen of sapphire hues blurred in the endless horizon of avocado and cobalt waters, her pelt harmonizing with the ocean and sky. Walking steadily over small dunes of ivorn grime, she reached the shore of foaming waters, a collapsing wave tumbling over her ankles. She breathed in this moment that she held so dear, this comfort she had not felt in ages it seemed. Releasing heavy weight and tension from her body, she unstrapped the golden katana from her back, and plunged the long blade stable in a mound of sand. Citrine optics twinkled as the crystal waters did, questioning herself that this place be a mere dream, for no other area discovered had she felt so peaceful, experienced such nirvana. The usual murky atmosphere was absent on this beach, it seemed to differ greately from the wastelands and metropolises of this Earth.
In that instant, her knees fell weakly into the shallow sea. She then dipped her crania in as well, feeling this cool rush that seemed to make all her problems dissapear. The femme positioned there for many moments, letting herself soak until the oxygen in her lungs would run out. Once she lifted her visage from the luminous water, a few warm tears rolled down her rosey cheeks. It was as if in this moment she had a change of heart. All the torment and guilt of memories were cleaned from her conscience, and she thought to herself..“Maybe I have finally been forgiven for my sins.. maybe the start of a new life truly begins here”. Suddenly, a large shadow cast onto the ocean, it’s powder blue reflection now a verdant gray. Orbs quickly flashed to the skyline, where an obsidian cloud had eclipsed over the friendly sun. The surrounding foliage began to rustle with the currents, breezes becoming more violent now. It seemed as though a storm would soon approach, but still the young fatale waded carelessly in the waters.

(ooc- ill join smurf it'll give me something to do. it's been a while since i last posted in a rp so i hope this is good enough)
Kobra had been sitting on a cliff looking out towards the sea. the sea amazed him this was the first time he had seen it, well not really he saw it in books and stuff but this was the first time he had seen it in person. the light breeze was blowing through his fur and the smell of the ocean and other things around him were invading his nose.
He had wanted to just sit back and relax but he didnt know if this place was safe. so far all he had seen was a somewhat small vixen from were he was sitting but nothing else. he wasnt sure how big she was it was a pretty long way down off the cliff and he didnt really want to go find out if she was ally or foe. so far she hadnt seen him but sooner or later she would take notice of him.
kobra just sat back and enjoyed the breeze and peace when all of a sudden a cloud covered the sun and made things feel cold. Kobra looked at the cloud than sniffed the air and knew it would be raining soon. he got up and looked down at the vixen who was still in the water wondering what she was doing. Kobra started climbing down the cliff and than started walking over to her.

((ooc:  I'll join too...I warn you, though, Fru's accent is something harsh ))
Fru strolled casually along a ridge above the beach. She had been enjoying the salty air and beautiful weather; now she was enjoying the storm, at least, the anticipation. The 'calm before the storm' had always been a phenomena that intrigued her: the quite hush over the area, the heavy, moist smell. The wolf jumped over the railling running parallel to the ridge and half-ran, half-slid down onto the sand.
Thunder rumbled overhead. Fru searched behind her for something to sit underneath, and watch. She spied a large overhand at the bottom of the ridge, and made her way towards it--then, she saw the vixen.
What's she doing? Swimming during an electrical storm was just plain suicide. Fru raised her voice against the oncoming gale.
"He! Get out ov de vater! Schnell! Dere is a shelter over here!"

(ooc- Thanks for joining in guys! Please take note that I won’t always reply right away.. I seem to need loads of time to think up a reply to an rp xP)
A rhythmic pounding of thunder rolled around in the dark clouds overhead. Beautiful azure skies had filtered to this bleak pewter so quickly, it was almost depressing. There was something she sensed though, something other than the eyes of evil that looked down on her, others were watching as well. For now she ignored these feelings, wanting to stay in this place with herself. Soon enough, the tears of heaven began to pour out from above, chilling the warm salt waters. The acid rains hardened the silken sands, making it wet and sticky all around. As soon as a large thunderbolt of Zeus sliced down the horizon, the femme was provoked to rise from the water and flee. Once she turned around and returned her weapon into its proper place, she noticed two unfamiliar figures, both at the opposite side of the beach. One of the forms was a blur in the distance, slowly crawling down a large escarpment that towered over the wavy seas. The other form she saw, was a wolf who seemed to be calling out something to her, but the screaming of the wind made it hard to make out words. Noticing that this catastrophe was only getting worse, she realized that the others had found refuge, and one of them decided to invite her away from the dangerous weather. The freezing rain and ice pierced at her fragile skin, she had already been cold without any comfortable clothing on. She sprinted faster through the fierce gusts that seemed to be pushing her backwards, precipitation even aimed in her direction, making it very difficult to see. The vixen slowed down and tried to catch her breath as she neared the strangers. She didn’t care for fear at this point, trustworthy or not, she needed to share this shelter with them.

(ooc-thats fine im about the same way. sorry bout typing but im a little tired)
Kobra had finally reached the bottom of the cliff he was on and saw that the vixen was now running away from him towards another figure in the distance. Kobra couldnt see it very well but decided it had called the vixen over to share shelter. Kobra looked around to try and find himself some shelter of his own since he didnt know the two and didnt think they would share.
After a little while of debating with himself kobra took off towards the way he had last seen the tow figures at. with every step he took his fur would slow him down. it was getting a little cold and all his armor and clothing that he was wearing were not helping him any. Kobra stopped and looked aorund wondering if he would be able to find shelter by himself or with the other two figures he had seen earlier.
Kobra used what was left of his strength and took off at a dead run towards were he had seen the two other anthros hoping they would see him and share their shelter. while running he took and made sure his weapons were easier to reach in case they turned out to be enemies.

Key had been walking down the beach for some time now. She had been lost in thought, wondering about things that had been bugging her forever.
Looking out over the ocean she felt at home. Water, being her element, mad her feel calm and at peace with the world. She knelt down and looked closely at the fine grains of sand. Getting up and looking around she saw she was by the cliffs. Looking at their awsome glory she saw some shapes climbing around on the rocks and running around. Curious, she started toward the cliffs at a stiff walk.

(ooc- It is also fine with me too!:)[ NO MORE THOUGH lol..i hate overly crowded rps..] Just a note to everyone here, make sure you wait for every single other person to post before you post again.. like right know we're waiting on frudie..then it goes in order i guess.. smurf, rap, frudie, key, smurf, rap, frudie, key, etc.. does that work for u??? this way no one will feel behind or left out and it will just make things a lot easier. Sorry for being a pathetic lil crit but make sure in the posts u write in good detail so we kno u kno exactly what's going on and..yeah..well everything's sounding great so far! xD)

Fru was on her guard - now, there were two others, besided the vixen, coming towards her. She uncoiled the bullwhip from around her shoulders; too large to use in such a confined space. She tossed it behind her and drew one of her throwing daggers. Even though she was usually quite fine being around strangers, tonight's weather had made her unusually uneasy. Such precautions she deemed necessary.

(occ- Finally a good rp. )
Key started to run now, the wind had picked up from the calm waters. The clouds were darkening and the thunder could be heard. Thunder had always frightened her.
Seeing a shape now in the distance she sharpened all her sences. She had no clue weather it was friend or foe. The shape on the rocks had now decended all the way. Taking out her dagger Key broke into a run. The vixen in the water, clearly was not thinking well,
there's an electrical storm right on our tails! Key thought
Why swim?
Suddenly a flash of lightning streked accross the sky. The vixen jumped up. Key saw the shape now coming toward her was a wolf.
Growling
Why a wolf?
The vixen needed shelter... then again so did Key.
She looked up at the rocks as rain stated pelting her.
Her blue fur waved in the gustes of wind. Waving her arm telling the vixen to come with her to get shelter she turning her run toward the cliffs. re-sheathing her dagger Key did not care weather the vixen was friend of foe now, she just did not want to get fried by the lightning. looking back to see if the vixen and wolf were following her, Key noticed the wolf had drawn her weapon. Now Key was on edge.
what now?
battle ready Key bolted through the sand.

(OOC-well so far so good, i was wondering what the shelter would be )
Kobra looked ahead of him as far as he could. not much was visible but the rain was soaking his clothing and fur even more making him feel a whole lot heavier. His pack wasnt too bad but it still was pretty heavy, even if it was water proof. Kobra could barely make out the other small shapes running in the same direction he was. He thought of the first things he would do as soon as he found shelter and that was to take off his armor and let it dry out and the second was to eat some of the food he had in his pack.
Driven by the rain and the thought of getting to relax for a while gave kobra an extra burst of speed as he kept running towards the other anthros

The youthful vixen padded calmly, it strangely seemed to comfort her now that so many others were gathering to seek refuge from such a terrifying disturbance in nature. She nodded at the creatures that blurred in the distance, signaling her to follow towards a dry area below high arching cliffs. All around her were strangers of many hues and breeds, these storm winds had interrupted their lonely journeys and now brought them all together. She felt a bit tense as she craned her neck over her shoulder to peer back at the monstrous tides roaring in the downpour. Even though the strong winds fought back, she strived her aching limbs forward. Shelter was so close now, nothing could stop her. “Finally” she sighed heavily as she ran under the enormous arching stone. She threw her body against the smooth rubble wall and began to wipe the stinging water from her eyes. From under the cliff, everything was still blurry, but she spotted a couple shapes continuing to approach as another blinding flash streaked across a leaden sky.
